Ricard Money believes Luke Berry is well-suited to playing as a defensive midfielder for Cambridge United.
But he admitted performing the role was not what he had had in mind for Berry following his return from Barnsley this sumer.
Berry has largely figured as a holding midfielder this season and as a result has scored just one goal in last month's 4-4 draw at Carlisle since coming back to the Abbey – a far cry from the 16 he bagged during the 2013/14 Skrill Premier promotion campaign.
Keith Keane had been earmarked for the job following his recent arrival from Preston, but in his prolonged absence the United youth product has filled the hole.
