What is the story behind the certificate?

We are trying to find out the history behind the certificate presented to Abbey United in 1950 (see image).

Does anyone know anything about Pink UN's Biscuit or the Football Telegraph? Did you buy the biscuit or the magazine?

Should we be looking at the Pink Un sports paper that covers Norwich instead?
