The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is seeking information on how the biggest secondary ticket agencies provide informaton to consumers.
In March last year the CMA announced that four of the largest UK secondary ticket sites – GET ME IN!, Seatwave, StubHub and viagogo – had agreed to improve the information they give to fans about the tickets listed for sale on their website.
Now the CMA wishes to review the four secondary ticketing agencies and is asking anyone with relevant information about their practices to send it to the authority.
