Where the sprinkler heads are particular care is taken not to damage them. Any historic repairs are being carried out now.
The surface and the ground still needs to be watered to avoid it drying out.
Yesterdays, photos have been provided by Paul Harrison in the first group and today's work is show in the second group. There is also a video to watch taken at mid day.
Today the work continued, however, some of the machinery has been removed and is now on its way to the next location at a ground somewhere in the Midlands.
The old pitch waste is being removed and several lorry loads have been already been recovered so far this week from site by Mead Construction.
Hopefully when everything is prepared the seed will start to be laid during the next few days
