Norwich City and Cambridge United are literally changing the rules of football to suit their pre-season schedule
Norwich City will travel to Cambridge United on Friday night for their third pre-season fixture as they continue their preparations for a return to the Premier League.
But, in an unprecedented move, both clubs have decided to change one of the fundamental rules of football and follow the lead of American football to play the fixture in four quarters instead of two halves.
