But that is now the challenge. To return everything back to how it was before.
Supporter Peter Marsh kindly loaned the group a metal detector and we were able to use it in force today collecting ring pulls, screws, washers, clips and other items from around the car park and pitch areas. Paul did most of it while Mick R and myself cleared up wherever we could.
Les continued with scrapping down the bridge. Emma with painting the Habbin panels and Jason providing a second coat on the gates started yesterday.
Brain (Ian's uncle) did the track weeding, while Brian T continued rubbing down the old windows, gates and doors around the areas of the old dressing rooms.
The Ivy has also now been removed from the flood light area in the corner by the Habbin / Supporters Club
