Chris Dunn and Sam Beasant in good battle to be Cambridge United No 1
Barry Corr may have started like a house on fire in the goal-scoring stakes for Cambridge United, but there is a good battle going on for who gets to keep the ball out of their net at the other end of the pitch.
An injury to Chris Dunn in pre-season gave summer signing Sam Beasant the chance to stake his claim, and he looked the part with clean sheets in friendlies against Coventry and Peterborough as well as the Sky Bet League Two opener against Newport.
Dunn returned for the Capital One Cup defeat at Rotherham, with Beasant then back between the sticks for last Saturday's 4-4 draw at Carlisle before the former was recalled for Tuesday's 2-1 win at Wimbledon.
