Marc Tracy is determined to play a part in ensuring Cambridge United maintain an upward trajectory next season.
Tracy has been handed the role of head of recruitment with the first team, having previously worked in the same capacity with the youth academy.
He effectively takes on the chief scout mantle formerly held by Ben Strang, who became Norwich City's head of academy recruitment in January.
