With the current season coming to an end and the close season beginning. The World Cup will come and go. The Fixtures will be published and the new season will soon begin.

For much of the season I have learnt it is about getting ready for the next match, clearing up after the last one. carrying out repairs, constantly watching the weather forecast  and generally just managing situations around the weather. Doing things when you can and being flexible when it turns bad. Looking for solutions and where to source items. Forever asking for favours.

The close season will begin and the maintenance work begins in earnest.  The weather will hopefully be kind

Below is the list of jobs that require completion during the pre-season. These are ones for the volunteers to work on . Larger ones will be done by Mick and Ian. Some we will work on to together

Most involve painting others have some small maintenance work involved.

There are some that will need doing urgently before the end of May.

There will be a couple of evenings when we may ask for volunteers to assist. There will be possibly a Saturday when we will try to get everyone together to target areas if we fall behind or need a pushto get ahead.

The more hands there are the quicker we will complete the work.

If you can help use the email form below.

I am able to help - In the comment box please state if a Saturday, weekday or evening and if you are a tradesman. Thank you
