CFU have been involved in many projects to support both Cambridge United Football Club and the Local Communities in and around Cambridge.
Some recent examples are the repairs to the bridge over Coldham's Brook to the Habin Stand Turnstiles
Thanks to numerous individuals, companies who donated their time and materials, plus a financial contribution from CFU, the bridge repairs were completed in the first half of 2010.

Not so long ago the Club shop was refitted and painted by volunteers - with CFU providing a significant number of helping hands!

During The 2010/11 Season CFU helped to pioneer the first audio descriptive commentary for Blind Supporters at the R Costings Abbey and we hope to extend this in 2011 and make a purchase of further audio equipment so more supporters can have a better, and more realistic, match day experience.
In July 2011 CFU Volunteers -working together with Ian Darler who provided the paint and brushes, Club Crests and words of encouragement- have painted the outside of the Club Offices. They say "Black is the new Black" so the offices are now the height of fashion once again!
