My wife, Val, and I are Main Stand Season ticket holders and we try to get to as many away matches as we can. My daughter, Claire, is the very busy Club Secretary. I have been a CFU Committee member since 2004.
At work, I am Environmental Protection Team Leader with Cambridge City Council, where I am involved with a range of different areas, including noise and nuisance control, planning consultations and liaison with the Police and other agencies regarding neighbourhood issues and anti-social behaviour.
CUFC / CFU activities: Licence holder on behalf of CUFC 2005-2007 and 2008-9 Advisor on licensing matters, environmental issues and law, including noise, health and safety, smoking Technical advice and support for Abbey Aid concerts Beer Festivals Vice Chairman of the Trust Board since 2009

Ambitions for CFU: To be recognised as a critical friend of the club - one that has the best interests of the club at heart and can speak openly and honestly to the Board without being seen as negative To work in partnership with the club and with the community to achieve success To be recognised by fans as in tune with their aspirations and worthy of trust in promoting their interests
