I have been Treasurer of CFU since its inception. In this capacity I was responsible for setting up the Trust's banking facilities and the Direct Debit scheme. I deal with all the bankings, payments and bookkeeping. I produce the annual accounts and keep the committee informed about the CFU finances.

With the exception of a three year period while doing a degree, I have lived all my life in Comberton, Eversden and Toft and have supported my local team for more years than I care to remember. I am a Chartered Certified Accountant having qualified with a local firm whose senior partner coincidentally was former CUFC Chairman David Ruston. I spent about 10 years working in public practice and have since completed 13 years working for the NHS as a Finance Manager.

I am married to Eleanor who looks after the CFU membership database and who was herself a committee member for many years. When I am not at work, watching the U's or doing CFU business, I can be found playing golf or cricket or walking the dogs.
