CAMBRIDGE FANS UNITED - UP THE U'S

I started coming to the Abbey in the mid 1950`s and have been an enthusiatic fan ever since. I moved away from Cambridge in 1970 but this did not stop me supporting the U`s mainly at away matches. Any visits to Cambridge always seem to coincide with a home match!!
My sons are also U`s devotees despite never living in Cambridge. My enthusiasm has rubbed off on work colleagues and friends all over the country who come with me to matches and the result they always look for first is,of course, the U`s.
I have always supported the local club where ever we have lived but when I reduced my work commitments a few years ago decided to become a U`s season ticket holder again despite living in York.
I have recently moved back to Cambridge and wanted to become more involved with the club. CFU, to me, is the best organisation to achieve this as it wants to work with the club to achieve financial stability and success on the pitch.
I am looking forward to working with CFU colleagues and all the fans of the club to make this aspiration a reallity.
