As you may be aware, Cambridge United FC is exploring, with landlords Grosvenor Developments, the potential to relocate to an alternative site within the City. Following the recent public meeting with Grosvenor about plans for the new Communuity Stadium CFU have commissioned a Travel Survey.
Currently two sites are under consideration – Trumpington (approximately 6.5 kilometres south of the R Costings Abbey Stadium) and NIAB 2 (the land between Huntingdon Road and Histon Road and approximately 4 kilometres north-west of the R Costings Abbey Stadium). Given the geographical locations of the remaining two sites underconsideration, the issue of travel to the new stadium was rasied and flagged as an area of significant importance to the fan base. Both CFU and Grosvenor are very keen to gather as much information as possible from fans about their travel needs and use it to help shape the travel strategy and planning for the new site.
Please take part in the survey which you can find below. The Survey should take less than 5 Minutes to complete.
All individual responses will be treated in the srtictest confidence and summary results will be published in due course. You will be able to see them here first on the CFU website. The survey will close on the 7th January 2012
All Completed Surveys will be entered into a free prize draw with a chance to win a fantastic prize!!
Thank You on behalf of CFU, Grosvenor and the Club for your continued support and Co-operation
