It's 1970 and Chelsea had just beaten Leeds United in the FA Cup Final replay.
It had been agreed that the two clubs would play a match as part of the transfer of Ian Hutchinson to Chelsea.

For many of my generation the match is still remembered and also produced many new supporters
The video shows some of match that took place the next day which saw the club win the Southern League. The rest is history, however, it is still a remarkable feat how the club grew from being in the local football leagues to joining the ranks of the league is such a short period.
